Brace yourselves; we have something special lined up for our next visit to Portsmouth’s historic Guildhall on October 19th.
The Shock n Awe cage has seen some incredible female MMA over recent years; simply put the ladies never fail to put on a show. Former Pro flyweight champion, and now UFC star, Molly McCann used Shock n Awe as a platform to get ready for the biggest stages. And looking to follow in her footsteps are Suzanne Wilson and Carly Hall.
Last year Suzanne was involved in potential fight of the night bout against Cecily Davis which saw her come away with the decision win. Since then she has moved to 3.0.0. and could have a potential straw weight title shot within arms reach if she pulls off another victory.
Training under Joe Taylor at Impact MMA in Salisbury, Suzanne has turned into a well-rounded fighter who impresses under pressure. She will need that tenacity when she faces Carly Hall, who is one of the UK’s top female Jiu Jitsu black belts.
Training at Revolution Martial Arts under Steve O’Keefe alongside some incredible top class talent, she is in good hands when it comes to making the adjustments to fighting in the cage.
Can Suzanne extend her unbeaten streak and take a step closer to the belt or will Carly be able to show why she is so highly rated on her MMA debut?
